    • Cheese Toast! M loves Cheese Toast. It's one of her favorite comfort foods. When she and her mother make it, the recipe is grated cheese mixed with green chile and onion, spread on bread then toasted. I make fun of her for it. She told me that at the nicest restaurants in Sri Lanka it's on the menu. I can't make fun of her anymore.
